There is a moment in every project when a vision stops being a plan and becomes a place. At Susurros del Corazón, the Oceanview Residences have reached that point.

Only a few months after the foundation platform was completed, walls are now rising from the earth. Formwork is climbing upward, steel is taking shape, and the first true outlines of home are beginning to emerge 18 meters above the sea.

Construction is advancing ahead of schedule, with work now underway on three of the four Oceanview buildings. Standing on site today, surrounded by the rhythm of the work, it is already clear that these Auberge-branded residences will deliver on their promise. The views are every bit as breathtaking as imagined.

To the west, the Pacific opens wide toward the horizon, with the Marietas Islands resting at the water’s edge. Inland, the jungle of Riviera Nayarit rolls out in every shade of green, the private lake glinting below as frigate birds trace slow circles overhead. This is the setting the residences were designed to frame, and it is revealing itself more fully with every level that rises.

From here, the path forward is clearly set. Ballena, the first of the Oceanview buildings, remains on track for delivery in September 2027. The remaining buildings are expected to follow in spring 2028, as the community continues to grow into the landscape that defines it.

What began as a carefully established elevation is now becoming something you can walk through, look out from, and imagine living within.
