A new milestone has quietly taken shape at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita.

The foundation platform for the Oceanview Residences has now reached its final elevation, marking the moment when the homes of this next phase begin to truly reveal their setting—18 meters above sea level, where the Pacific stretches wide before them and the Marietas Islands sit on the horizon.

This represents one of the most important stages in the life of the project. From here, each residence will rise from a carefully established elevation designed to ensure unobstructed sightlines and the sense of openness that defines the Oceanview collection.

Even standing today on what will become the ground floor of the new Auberge-branded residences, the perspective is remarkable.

To the west, the Pacific Ocean stretches toward the horizon, framed by the silhouettes of the Marietas Islands. As the day softens into evening, the sky shifts through layers of color before the sun disappears into the water—one of the defining rituals of life on this stretch of coastline.

Turn inland and the experience becomes something entirely different.

Behind the residences lies Susurros’ private lake, a tranquil oasis that has quickly become a gathering point for local wildlife. In the mornings and late afternoons, frigate birds circle overhead, their wingspans—reaching up to eight feet—gliding effortlessly above the water as they hunt for fish.

These moments, small but memorable, are part of what makes the setting here so special: a place where the Pacific meets a quieter, more intimate natural landscape.

From a construction standpoint, reaching the final foundation level also reflects the momentum of the project itself. Work on the Oceanview Residences continues to advance ahead of schedule.

Ballena, the first Oceanview building, is anticipated for delivery in late summer 2027, with subsequent buildings to follow as the community continues to evolve.

For now, however, the moment belongs to the landscape itself.
