Jonathon Smart
Born, raised and educated in England, Jonathon now lives in the Bay of Banderas with his family, where he has lived since 1997. An entrepreneur since an early age, leading him to found and develop several companies over the span of his professional career, one of them, Riviera Partners Realty, with his business partner Wally Lopez. He has a passion for high-end luxury residential and commercial real estate and has earned a reputation for his professionalism, integrity, in-depth knowledge and excellence within the Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit / Costalegre regions. Jonathon has served as the President of the AMPI chapter for Riviera Nayarit, (The Mexican National Professional Real Estate Association), for more than three years. From the early 2000’s for over eight years Jonathon, along with business partner Wally Lopez, were an integral part in the early success of Punta Mita Properties executive sales & management team. In 2009 together founding Riviera Partners Realty, developing their brand into the leading high-end luxury real estate company in our region, serving the residential communities of Punta Mita, Punta de Mita, Auberge Branded Residences @ Susurros del Corazón, the surrounding gated residential communities throughout the Costa Banderas, the northern shores of Banderas Bay, the Riviera Nayarit region, and the developing Costalegre region. jonathon@susurrosresidences.com
Wally Lopez
Born in Los Angeles, California Wally grew up bi-culturally spending his time between Los Angles and Mazatlan. He later studied at the Technology Institute of Superior Studies in Monterrey, Mexico where he studied Sales and Marketing and earned his degree. For almost 9 years Wally was involved in, and formed and integral member of the sales, marketing and management within Punta Mita, working at the Punta Mita Properties office until his departure in January 2009, with his friend and business partner Jonathon Smart they were agents/managers of the Punta Mita Properties Office within Punta Mita. Wally earned a reputation while at Punta Mita Properties for his excellence and professionalism. His extensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and the surrounding area makes him a valued consultant, professional, and closing specialist. Wally played an important part in the success of Punta Mita Properties up through his departure in January 2009. Wally is certified by the Mexican Real Estate Professionals Association, and is an active member of AMPI (the Mexican Professional Real Estate Association) and has an extensive knowledge of all legal and technical aspects of the real estate industry in Mexico. Salvador Castrejon
Born and raised in Mexico City, my journey has been rich with diverse experiences and passions. As a teenager, I studied in Pennsylvania at Valley Forge Military Academy, which laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors. Returning to Mexico City, I pursued theatre and music composition. At 19, I co-founded "El Wipil" in Cancun, a business importing handicrafts and garments from Central America, which thrived for four years. Seeking adventure, I joined a sailing crew in San Diego and spent two years exploring French Polynesia. This ignited my love for travel and exploration. My travels then took me to India, where I spent six transformative months learning Ashtanga Yoga, sparking a deep passion for well-being and health. Twenty-seven years ago, I settled in Puerto Vallarta, where my wife and I founded Synergy, a yoga shala dedicated to physical and mental well-being. My sales career flourished when I joined the original sales team at Los Veneros Residential community, achieving significant success from 2006 to 2010. I then joined Riviera Partners Realty for three years before working at Punta Sayulita and later Coldwell Banker Punta Mita, where I earned the award for most sales volume for three consecutive years. In 2018, I was thrilled to be invited back to rejoin Riviera Partners Realty. Known as a market leader and the most professional company in our region, I am eager to add value to this exceptional team once again.
